Once you have submitted the online booking form you (Invoicing – Email Address) and we shall receive a copy of the form information (this does not confirm your place at the conference is booked). We shall then check availability and return an invoice to the invoicing email address provided as confirmation of your booking. Once your booking has been confirmed and you have received your invoice you can either pay with a Card Online or BACS (details will be on your invoice).
PLEASE NOTE: All discounted Members Rate bookings will be checked against a paid 2024 NAEP Membership and you MUST include your membership number. If you are not yet a member but would like to join at the same time as booking your place at the conference, then please get in touch with our Membership Administrator – [email protected]
Refunds will not be provided for any cancellations after 2nd May 2024.
