Membership Year commencing 1st January 2022 – 31st December 2022. Please find below full details of our membership categories for the subscription year 1st January 2022 – 31st December 2022, please note that all subscription fees are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
We offer three annual subscription types for our membership, Individual, Commercial Partner and Commercial Partner Plus.
Category 1 – Individual Membership
For individuals working in the areas of assessing, commissioning, supporting, or delivering community equipment services.
Category 2A – Commercial Partner
For a Supplier or Manufacturer of Equipment that supports the provision of equipment into the Community. This Category provides your Company with Corporate Membership.
Category 2B – Commercial Partner Plus
All the benefits of category 2A plus inclusion in the annual NAEP NEXUS Marketing Package.
Category 1 - Collective Membership
As an Individual Member you are entitled to the following benefits:
Membership of a NAEP Regional Group, and/or Sub-Groups
Subscription to NAEP News
Full Website Access and Members Only Area
NAEP Annual Conference Early Bird Delegate Rate
Use of the NAEP Logo

Holders of Individual Memberships are eligible to apply for posts as Serving Officers at Regional Level, leading on to NAEP Council Level
Collective Membership for organisations who have 5 staff members. Choose this option and you will pay for 4 and receive 1 Membership Free of Charge
2022 Collective Membership Fee £200.00 plus VAT at 20% = £240.00
Our Application Process
Once you have submitted the form our team shall check payment has been received they shall allocate new members with a unique membership number and provide a digital pdf of your membership certificate for this calendar year. If you have any queries, please contact us at [email protected].
New members will be provided access to the exclusive Members Area of the NAEP website where they can catch up on all the latest NAEP News, eBulletins and information about your region. Your details, digital membership certificate and membership information are also available via this portal.
All membership levels are non-transferrable and full benefits for each of the above membership categories are detailed in the table via the click on link ‘here’. Membership entitlement will vary depending on the membership category, all memberships run from 1st January – 31st December each calendar year.

For collective applicants, the primary person needs to be one of the 5 names in a collective membership and take responsibility for keeping all the contact details up to date
